Bloody Mary

One of our favorite drinks, perfect for brunch, works great with sophisticated meals as well as simple ones, or by itself as an aperitif. A simple cocktail, easy to make, with tomato juice and vodka as main ingredients. There is an incredible amount of Bloody Mary recipes on the web, with all sorts of extra ingredients from horseradish to curry, but the recipe below is our fave:

Time: 2 min

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS Bloody Mary

½ cup Tomato Juice

1 shot Vodka

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

½ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

1 Stalk Celery

3 Olives

1 splash Fresh Lemon Juice

Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS  Bloody Mary

In a glass, stir together tomato juice, vodka, the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, salt, pepper and the lemon juice. Add the ice and garnish with the celery and olives. Obviously, you can add more alcohol if you like hardcore drinks, or play around with the ingredients and see which version works best for you.

YUM!
